This year we are very excited to add a fun and healthy fund raiser to help enrich our school's programs. The funds raised this year will be used to help pay for the Outdoor Camp and all the other great programs funded by PTG.
Here are a few things you need to know about the fun run:
The 2016 Apex Fun Run Leadership theme is all about saying YES to our dreams! If we believe in ourselves and give it 100%, we can achieve anything. But we don't stop with just our dreams... How can we make a difference with others? How can our dreams affect others positively? We support and encourage others to believe. Our attitude affects others, so we choose to be happy. We step up and take action to turn our dreams and others into reality!
Here are a few things you need to know about the fun run:
- The event is two weeks with the fun run taking place throughout the day on March 24th. Parents will be given the schedule and are invited and encouraged to come to cheer on their runners. It really is fun!
- During the two weeks your students will be getting fitness and leadership lessons with the D.R.E.A.M. theme. The theme changes each year.
- Students will be bringing home pledge kits that you can use to sign up sponsors for your runners. It is also super easy to send pledge requests to friends and family through email.
